Westover Job Corps Center does have a college program, featuring linkages with Springfield Technical Community College in Springfield, Massachusetts, and Holyoke Community College in Holyoke, Massachusetts.

In order to qualify for the college program students must:

Maintain at least a 2.0 GPA
Have a GED or high school diploma
Complete job training at Westover
Score a minimum level of 10 on the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE)
